Conga Line | Iwer George | Trinidad & Tobago 2014

Iwer has a new song and he wants you to form a line, a Conga Line. Yes, as you guessed, the song is entitled "Conga Line" and Iwer may just be on to something with this song.

First off this song has a vibe. Iwer is the only Trinidad artist who 'lives and breathes the jab riddim'. This song has the vibe that will have people getting on for Carnival.

Secondly, the concept of "Conga Lines" can work out well on Carnival Monday and Tuesday when the costumed bands hit the road. The hook could be with the following: "Ah want to wave, Ah want to wine"! As I said before Iwer may be on to something with this song.

Give credit to the man he is still bring songs for the festival. He may have been criticized for some of his previous offerings but this one has a vibe. This is not about writing good or great lyrics. It is about the vibe and and how it will impact the masqueraders on the road. For that reason I say thumbs up to Iwer and his production team!
