T&TEC Tropical Angel Harps Plays DNA: National Panorama Prelims 2024

The Panorama Preliminary Judging took place on January 23, 2024, and one of the bands that impressed the judges and the audience was T&TEC Tropical Angel Harps. Led by arranger Clarence Morris, the Steelband played Mical Teja's "DNA," a song that celebrates the diversity and unity of Trinidad and Tobago.

The arrangement was solid, and if they make it to the "Big Yard" in Port of Spain, it would be interesting to witness the reaction of pan-connoisseurs. As with all arrangements, we are confident that they will make changes to edge out the competition. However, in the end, the judges will have the final say on whether or not this band moves on to the next round of competition.

The band hopes to improve their score and qualify for the finals, where they will face the other top bands in the country. What is your opinion of the performance?
