We call it Soca but in Barbados, you will hear the term Bashment Soca. So what does that mean? It simply means sweet Soca music for partying/feting and having fun! Yes, it is that simple but there are subtle differences that make this Soca sub-genre unique to Barbados. Today we are simply here to promote this current music release from Rameses titled, "Don't Back Down".
The party goal is to keep party patrons 'wining' and revelers chipping, jamming, and having fun. This song handles all the check marks for carnival revelry easily. The music will keep revelers pumping and wanting to 'wuk up' all night and all day long. If you plan to attend Crop Over festival in 2023, add this song to your playlist.
