Music Release Notes:
Therew is a taboo in our West Indian culture about country people. Some say they're naive, old fashioned and detached from societal norms. However, in actuality there's untapped wisdom in their "naivety”; an innocence that allows their purity to remain unhampered.
We disregard that innate ingenuity they possess to keep a community together by frowning on their "old fashion" methods. We think that they're missing out because they don't cling to technology advances and "societal norms". What we see as primitive they see as exclusive.
The traditional lingo from the writers (Dale Ryan & Emmanuel Rudder) to the Rootsy instrumentation created by Producer Curtis "Melodyus" Scope from Central Records gives a great depiction of that country lifestyle.
The County Riddim would give you a greater appreciation and understanding to our brothers from country.
