Carnival Groupie | Machel Montano | Trinidad & Tobago 2016

Carnival Groupies all over the World will be happy with this release from the crème de la crème of Soca artists, the man known as Monk Monté. This new music from Machel Montano for carnivals in 2016. This one is entitled "Carnival Groupie" and you know how it goes... the man is back on track to rule the festivities in Trinidad and Tobago.

Carnival Groupie was written by boss Soca lyricist Jason "Shaft" Bishop with co-authorship going to Machel Montano. The vibe for the track was done by concerned Soca music purists Jason “Shaft” Bishop, David "Millbeatz” Millien & Alex “Kubiyashi” Barnwell. Indeed this Trini/Vincy combination created a good vibe to spice up Christmas and open the door for carnival feting this weekend.

Kasey Phillips of Precision Productions "tun-up" (mixed) the vibe while Pete Lyman of  Infrasonic Productions mastered the track. This is a good offering from the Monk. We love the vibe on this track... enjoy it people!
