This is a wicked one; we love it and you will surely love the vibe! Thumbs Up to Kendel Haynes and the production team at Soul Facultry!

If you love good music then this one has it all and for an artist's first music release after being in the background for many years this one is a home run! Again, let me say it... we love this track!

Is it in the air? Maybe it’s in the rhythm, or even in the food we eat, or the spirits we imbibe. Perhaps it is the combination of lusty heat and a beautiful people, who all just know how to have fun. Truthfully, it is probably all of these working together. In the end though, one thing is for certain, night or day, hot sun or pouring rain, when you hear Soca music play, it will make you “Turn Up”!

In this season of revelry, standing on the foundation of shared knowledge provided by his music-focused peers, Kendel Haynes is finally stepping into the limelight after many years of hard work and training.

Well-known behind the scenes in the entertainment business, Kendel releases this first single in the hope of showing the Soca world his commitment and passion for our local culture. Helping him in this endeavour is music producer Kyle Noel, vocal producer Alex Gooding, along with Tobagonian Khalen Alexander who wrote Haynes’ melodic inaugural release.

Carnival 2016 will now always be remembered as the year Kendel not only added his own unique flavour to the music that drives our mas, but also as the year he answered the call that has been placed in his heart ever since he can remember.

For him, singing and performing is simply a part of who he is. While the colourful and playful feel of this release is a reflection of the joy he feels whenever he has an audience in his sight.

Assuredly, this young man has only just begun what will be an incredible career filled with an abundance of stellar music that listeners will never get enough of.

So be sure to keep your ears alert for Kendel Haynes, and much more of his music in 2016 and beyond...
