"This Island Is Mine" is a very beautiful and patriotic song. A song like this usually is stamped to one nation and becomes known as a song for that nation. However, that is not the case for this song. I am not sure how it happened but this song has two singers and represents two nations. However, I have a strong feeling that the origin of the song comes from the Saint Vincent side of the singing equation. Regardless of how it happened it is good to see the singers and production team reaching out and sharing the love.

I have a feeling that other singers will adapt this song to their nation and spreading the love around the Caribbean region. Now you have the opportunity to listen to two versions of the song. One for Saint Vincent sung by Skinny Fabulous (I believe this is the original release) and the other version sung by Teddyson John representing the island nation of Saint Lucia. Let us know what you think about both versions.
