Boring Youth | Ezzy Rattigan | Antigua Summer Festival 2014

This is new music from the man who gave us "Golden Cup" for Antigua's 2013 Carnival celebrations - this is new music from Ezzy Rattigan! This year he starts the season with a track entitled "Boring Youth". This is a production of Shatta Don aka "Donzi" for Don Productions Island Group.

Ezzy is making a case for spontaneity and, at the same time, calling out the youth to take stock of their boring style. The music is interesting but the vocals don't really do anything for me. I also have to take issue with the artist's diction on the track. Maybe CaribKaraoke can do a lyrics video to help assimilate the lyrical content. The song itself becomes very monotonous and it sounds like I am only hearing "fed up of the boring youths" ringing in my ears. This may be just a teaser and hopefully, better-written songs will be released for the upcoming Antigua Summer festival. Take a listen and let us know if this is a song that hits the sweet spot for you.

From the artist's Facebook Page:
"Good day peeps! I'm starting 2014 Antigua's Carnival season like this, with something for the ladies who prefer a spontaneous rude boy".
