The Viking of Soca has released a new song today, which has received positive feedback in NYC (Ah Lie!). We all love it and play it over and over and over again. I played this song for three friends, who enthusiastically praised Bunji's smooth side. The name of the song is titled Carnival Tabanca, and it is fitting for all those Trinis who can't wait for Carnival to roll around again.
This song showcases the talent of Ian Alvarez, also known as Bunji Garlin, and the man responsible for creating Differentology, Sheriff of Black Ice Studios. This song showcases the talent of the man, his versatility and the fact that he continues to evolve and recreate himself. I can't get enough of this song; it has a surreal carnival love vibe! I love the track, and I am sure you will find something to like about this super groovy track from the Viking of Soca!

This is such a blessing to hear outstanding music produced and sung by our citizens. Sheriff, you are a boss (talk about getting everything right)! Bunji, your sweet lyrical vibes have me in a state of ecstasy—what a massive tune! I do hope this song does well on the international market. In my opinion, it will succeed in the Caribbean.
Oh, and for those who are griping, please don't let the flanging on the vocals detract from an excellent song... I still 'Love the Vibez'!
