Yuk, blah... Yes, I said it - "What de hell is curry boil corn"? Indeed this is a case of "Trini Gone Mad"! I have never heard of this before but the photo clearly shows that it is a reality! Curry Mango? Yes, and I absolutely love it!
Then there is Curry-Chataigne and I love it, especially when served with some hot "buss-up-shirt"! I am sure yo have your favorite curry meal but come on... who, in their right mind, will curry corn on the cob? I hope this does not bring on serious belly 'wuk'!

I remember the taste of Trini roast corn - love it! I still love eating boil corn with onions and a touch of salt and pepper in the water! However, in all the years that I have graced this earth I have never, ever heard of, much less eat curry corn. I hope they added some pepper in that!
OK, so who came up with this idea? I am sure that many people have done this before but this morning Vanessa brought this to my attention. Apparently her cousin was brave enough to post a photo of this dish on Facebook (of all places). Who did this? Well his name is Kyile and he is on Facebook touting this strange menu.
Now if anyone reading this post has eaten curry corn please leave a comment regarding the taste of this 'strange combination' of Curry and Corn! Damn, Trini will curry anything!
