Tribe Presents for Carnival 2013: Butterflies, Beasts & Bacchanal! The band launch had a few hiccups but most notably was the suggestion by newly appointed Minister of Multiculturalism, Lincoln Douglas, that Carnival should be privatized! This was not the time or place to surprise a Carnival loving people to such a bold move! One can only imagine the kankalang that caused and surely it was not an auspicious start for the new Minister!
