Rising out of the ashes of Panorama 2011 comes the dawn of another iteration of the greatest Pan event that takes place every year on the Islands of Trinidad and Tobago; it is time for Panorama 2012!
This is Pan In Yuh Pwefen or as they have billed it this year, Pan In Yuh Pampalam... but we know that it will be sweet pan for those who love to listen to the sweetest sounding steelbands in the World. The pan songs have already been released and most of the band have already made their selections - it should be really sweet this year! So stay tuned to this blog for the latest pan news!
I have already listed some of the songs that will be played for this year's Carnival but you can visit the following sites for more information on the songs and those who wrote, sang and will be doing the arranging for the various steel orchestras: Pan Trinibago and When Steel Talks.

Of course you can keep track of all pan events on this blog as I will be keeping track of all events relating to the Pan fraternity and this year's events. If, at any time, you notice something relevant and you think that it is worthy of posting please alert me via the comment link for this posting - I will respond to your remarks!
The following story appeared in today's Trinidad Guardian Newspapers:
