There was no horse entering the stage, with the arranger making a grand entrance, as was the case for the National Panorama finals for large conventional bands. However, second-place Renegades excelled on stage, making a point to let everyone know that they deserved second place and not Skiffle, as most Southerners believe. Renegades always put on a fantastic show and definitely play sweet music whenever they perform for the people.
The event at the Queens Park Savannah brought together the winner for Carnival 2025. Carnival Lagniappe did not disappoint this year. All the bands entertained those in attendance and the online international viewers; it was a night to remember.
Fans of Renegade and their ace arranger Duvone Stewart were very satisfied with the band's performance. The competition may have been over, but the music sounded just as sweet.
After all was said and done, after the music stopped and the players wheeled their racks off the stage, the audience was satisfied with the performance of second place BP Renegades. This celebration of our best for Carnival 2025 was a resounding success. It would not have been the same if Renegades were not invited to play because, in the end, as last year's co-champion, they made the night an unforgettable experience for all. We look forward to seeing them again next year!
