We are posting new music released for Trinidad and Tobago's upcoming carnival in 2024. However, we haven't and certainly will not do posts for every new song released. Having said that, we plan to add short notes about the songs for which we may or may not have done individual posts and sample the songs. This post will showcase three songs performed by Benjai, Coutain & Tano, and Rane Blackman. Our goal is simple, a short note about what the song is all about and the track for your listening pleasure. As we enter the month of October, new Soca music for Trinidad & Tobago’s Carnival 2024 is being released on a daily basis via Julianspromos and other distribution sites online.
Here are three of the newly released Soca songs for Carnival 2024 in Trinidad and Tobago:
Origi by Benjai: This song is an anthem for all the couples out there who are unafraid to be vulnerable. It reminds us of the importance of true original love and connection.
Junction by Coutain & Tano: This song is about a couple who are trying to find their way back to each other after a misunderstanding. It has a fast tempo and an energetic vibe.
Action by Rane Blackman: This song is performed by Sherane ‘Rane’ Blackman and has a mellower vibe than some of the other soca releases for Carnival 2024, but it is still very danceable and enjoyable.
