Kaiso, Kaiso, and year we had to say it two times for this excellent calypso sung by Stacey Sobers for Carnival 2023. This is not a drop-dead put-you-to-sleep calypso. This song is vibrant and one that should be showcased at the Calypso Fiesta in San Fernando contending for the Calypso Monarch Title. Now is the time for Calypso to shine with the Calypso Fiesta and then the Calypso Monarch show. If done well these shows should be widely accepted and successful now that the Soca Monarch is off the table. This song can take you on different journeys with the news showing us the ugly side of Trinibad for sure.
