Carnival is on the horizon and with that comes the deluge of new Soca songs to support the festival. Everyone looks forward to listening to new music releases but in particular to their favorite artists. Today we feature a new music release from an artist whose name you may not know yet but because of her talent, her singing style, and just the feel of this track she cements her place as one of the better voices in Soca music today. This is new music from Genelle Bharat La Borde, and her song is entitled "Feel It". We don't say that she will be one to be reckoned with in the future without the confidence that she can do it. The radio stations, DJs, and music producers need to help her get there. I can't wait to hear her on a Dj Private Ryan music project. We are talking about Private Ryan in his role as a music producer, not the talented Dj. This lady's voice is awesome and I will be following her rise to the top of the Soca music charts across the Caribbean region. Now I can add her to my personal list which includes Terry Lyons (my personal favorite female Soca/Calypso singer).
Listen to the song, listen to it again, pump up the volume and tell us if this one does not have the feel of carnival all over from start to finish. Please share this post with your peers, the artist and production team will appreciate your comments.
