Tobago Carnival 2022 (October Edition) is now history. It is time for the post-mortem regarding the pros and cons of the carnival in October. We believe that there will be growing pains and the first iteration is sure to improve as the years roll on. Kitch sang about 'The Carnival is Over", a classic song that will live on forever. However, we are living in the present and today we celebrate some of the music that made Tobago's carnival pump! We have the juice!
