It is fire on the road for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2017. Today, we present all the fire you will every need to have a good time. We present the real deal.

She is a lady who uses the sobriquet "Sweetshells"; her song is entitled "We On The Road". So who is Sweetshells? Well lets enlighten you a little.

She has been singing since the age of seven. She has dabbled in all types of music finding inspiration in Gospel with Sterling Gittens. She transitioned to Parang singing with Sharlene Flores and Flores de San Jose. Then she found her nice...her sweet spot.

Finally she transitioned to Soca with Massive Chandelier. Name it and  you will surprisingly learn that she sang it. Given her first debut with Fayann and Bunji  a few years ago, they saw the talent and realized that she had what it takes to enter the world of Soca.

If you love Soca music, you can actually identify with the Soca rhythm of her new song "We On De Road" which was produced by KidBlaze and Adrian Supreme studios and mix and mastered by Dj Future Syndicate Music. It's pure Vibes! Kick starting this 'Road Ready' song she begins by calling out her name, ' Sweetshells'.

She is telling it like it is and it is a story that you are very familiar with... 'All Carnivals does take place on d'road where tings get nice quickly, "We on The Road' and tings sweet, sweet sweet'! Sometimes it is good to be a little tone deaf to the big name artists. One should not only look towards the 'big name or well known' Soca artists for good music. We are not talking about hit songs but songs with a vibe to have a good time with when feting. This song is one of the songs that is 'just right' to have a good time in a party and on d'road. This song is on my MP3 player and we recommend that you should get it. This song is available now and can be purchased from Amazon, and iTunes; do a quick browser search and you will find it.

So there you go, that was it in a nutshell.  We recommend this artist, the song and at this point, we extend good wishes to the artist 'Sweetshells' and her production team. Damn, you know the deal, "If sweetness is yuh weakness with Soca" then you should support this talented artist, Sweetshells.
