Those who have been wondering what is going on with Machel Montano can listen to his new song done with Dloxx and get a feel of what the King of Soca has bee doing. The song presented here today is entitled "Take It Down". This is not your typical Carnival song.. this is reflection time and a song that is worth listening to and heeding the advice given.

Indeed, not everything about carnival music has to do with wine and jam... good carnival music can also take the message to the troubled young people in the society.  We need love in the society and if we can get the message to  the youth with a song then we should capitalize and use this vessel to deliver the message. We need to uplift the society and make a better Trinidad and Tobago for each citizen. Machel and Dloxx have the message in the music. Party and have fun but respect and love each other. A little love goes a long way... there is hope out there... embrace it people!
