This is Zan singing his new music release for Trinidad and Tobago's 2017 Carnival. The first thing I noticed about this song is that is has a Machel Montano flavor! I swear if you listen closely one can hear Machel singing this song. Of course one can tell it is not Machel, but surely the style is the similar!
Indeed, it is a good thing to have your song put in the same category of a Machel Montano track. We love the vibe and the fact that in certain spots we had to wonder if we were listening to a Machel track... no shame in that! Kudos to Zan!
Having said that, we have to give credit to the quality of this song. Zan is surely ready for Carnival 2017. The music is sweet and the singing is right on cue. Surely, this song will find favor with the radio stations in Trinidad and Tobago. We love it!
OK, let's go on record to state that this is the best new release for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2017 that we have heard to date... until something better comes along this is our favorite new song for carnival 2017! Of course Get Away by Voice stands on another platform all by itself... that song is a gem just hold off on the 'hold it now' comments.
