The Grenada Soca Monarch Competitions (Groovy and Power Soca) took place last night to a very enthusiastic crowd of Soca music lovers.  The Groovy Soca Monarch competition finished just after 12:00 midnight making way for the 'much anticipated' Power Soca Monarch clash. See if your favorite singer rose to the occasion and grabbed Soca Monarch glory early this morning.

In the Groovy category Shondell Amada aka Dash was the winner. The Power Soca category had a repeat champion. Jalon Olive aka Boyzie is the repeat champion.
