Bad Girl | Jungulus | Trinidad & Tobago 2015

The name of the artist is 'Jungulus' and his song is entitled "Bad Girl". This is new music with a twist for Trinidad and Tobago carnival 2015. The twist is that you have an artist with a standout calypso style singing up a storm on a sweet Soca vibe. This song has a very nice feel and it is one that is getting serious airplay in Trinidad and Tobago radio stations.

"Dey say she is ah bad girl; all that I can see is she is good to me. Tell dem, doh mind my business". Hell yes, this captures what happens so often in many relationships around the world but fits so well (language wise) with that which takes place in communities across Trinidad and Tobago.

When you hear someone say, "that all her cousins are men"... hell yes, that is true Trini bacchanal with a dose of Epsom salts 'comess'! Indeed "Bad Girl" is a song that possesses some really catchy lyrical content that will surely put a smile on your face. The crowning achievement is accomplished with  an excellent musical vibe that simply seals the deal!

Song/Music Release Notes:
Making a grand entry into the realm of Soca, new Soca sensation Jungulus, the first artiste to be signed to the new Vikings Label (CHIRP) spearheaded by power duo Bunji Garlin and Fayann Lyons- Alvarez, positions himself as he lunges into the industry of music.

Jungulus debuts his career with "Bad Girl", a song detailing his relationship with a woman he is aware is bad for him but can't look past the good things.

The song bearing a vintage feel of Calypso incorporated with a new times Soca vibe, has an infectious groove as the artiste laments his life with a naïve cheerful spirit.

Written by Jungulus, Fayann Lyons-Alvarez and Sagaboy Rayza, the lyrics paints a vivid picture of the artiste's situation, highlighted by the production of Stadic Music. This marks a great start for the new face and this project can easily be seen as one of the better releases yet for the upcoming Carnival season.
