Spotlight: @bunjigarlin, lyrical godfather of Soca music again pushes the already sealed envelope and further engraves his name into the fabric of society's understanding of the genre.
Known for his hard hitting lyrical content, melodic and witty punchlines, which has propelled him to the forefront as one of the front runners of Soca music and has also made his, a household name throughout the Caribbean region and quite recently has brought international recognition to himself at a gradual but wide spreading pace.
The raspy vocalist penetrates into some social commentary very rarely ventured in this genre. The subject of jealousy, greed, enmity, selfishness and hatred which in many Caribbean countries are governed by a single term in their local patois, "Bad Mind (Bad Heart)" starting the conversation in a rather unique fashion as he usually does and tells a rather vivid story of day to day encounters with the pandemic.
