Ola | Olatunji | Trinidad and Tobago 2015

This is not one of my favorite riddims released to date but Olatunji is one artist that I absolutely love to hear sing. If anyone can make something of his riddim it is Olatunji! This is new music from Olatunji on the Kan Kan Riddim for Trinidad and Tobago's carnival 2015 - Tadow!

Yes, I absolutely love listening to Olatunji and that is my bias with the following comment: This is the song that I like on the riddim!

Take a listen to this very talented singer and let us know if you think that he brought some life to his riddim. Your opinion counts and we want to know what you think. Please use the comment feature at the top right corner of this posting to leave your opinion. All comments will be posted!

Music Blast Release Notes:
The essence of this riddim is found in the rich mystery of African music. From the moment the riddim begins, it fills you with excitement and an instant vibe.

The name Kan Kan originates from the Kan Kan city of Guinea. Guinea hosts a wide variety of ethnicities which all contribute to the complex, yet soothing melodies of this AdvoKit Productions riddim.

The Kan Kan Riddim is all about the serenade and an innate emotional intensity. And when you think the riddim can't get any sweeter,  you are greeted to the introduction of seductive strums of the guitar. This introduction signifies the relatively recent infusion of the guitar into Guinea's musical culture.

Sekon Sta, Flipo, Benjai featuring H20 Phlo, Darnella of Roy Cape Allstars, Olatunji and special feature King Bubba and Lead Pipe all add their unique spin to the riddim but one thing is assured, AdvoKit Productions' KanKan Riddim will captivate you.
