"What de Mudda Arse wrong with Benjai and Screws?"  Lord have mercy on us all because Ebola is nothing to make fun of for sure. Now let's state the obvious for now... this is new music from Benjai & Screws for Trinidad & Tobago's Carnival 2015. The song is entitled, "No Ebola".

Sheesh, "jump up with yuh gas mask"! This is the Trinidadian Calypsonian /Soca artist capturing a moment in history and telling a story that resonates not only in Trinidad and Tobago but across the globe. The song is the storyteller at work and though you may not find the delivery method palatable it is what these artists do... take it with a grain of salt.

The song provides information about the hazards of the virus, news of the spread, and some of the symptoms and manifestations of this horrible death warrant. You will be entertained and informed and hopefully, you will be sympathetic enough to know that Benjai and Screws simply want us all to really pause and reflect on this deadly virus. Again, take everything delivered in music here today with a grain of salt!
Today we have the information passed on to us with a party vibe that may be scorned upon my many concerned citizens. However, as serious as Ebola is, this is just another way that Trinidadians cope with a serious and very troubling situation. Well, I am afraid of  'The Ebola" and everyone should keep in mind that Carnival 2015 may be canceled - for real!
