Go Down | K Rich | Trinidad & Tobago 2014

This is new music from the the 'gyals dem' favorite K Rich. The name of the song is 'Go Down' and one that the ladies will surely love to groove to for Carnival 2014.

The production and mastering of the song was done by David Millien and Johann Seaton of Millbeatz Entertainment and Madmen Productions. These are two of the very best in the business today.

Take a listen to the song and let us know if this is one that you feel will do well for the upcoming Carnival celebrations or you may prefer grooving to this one in a club environment. Please leave your remarks via the comment feature of this blog post.

These producers and artists are taking the music in a different direction and even though they may affix the name 'Soca' to the music it is quite apparent that they are grooving to a different beat. The music is accentuated with a beat that is suited to a younger generation that loves club music and techno vibes. If you listen to this song you will hear the Soca beat on the drum set but the general feel is that of a club vibe! I would simply assign the label of 'Alternative Trini Vibe' to this song.

Do I like the song? Hell yes, I do! I played it here for a few of my coworkers and they approved. I work with Trinis, Dominicans (Santo Domingo), US Citizens, Chinese, Ukranians, Czechoslovakian, South Korean and Puerto Ricans. You may ask who loved the song the most and who immediately started to dance when the song was played.... My Ukranian Co-Worker!
