The name of the song is Borough Day and it comes just in time for the 30th Anniversary celebration of Point Fortin becoming a Borough in the county of Saint Patrick. It is the smallest Borough in Trinidad and Tobago but is the home of the island's come back artist of the year Austin "Super Blue" Lyons. This year the Borough Day celebration (fast becoming a very popular Carnival event) is all about 'Super Blue". This very popular event begins on April 19 at the Victor Chin Kit Park and ends on May 4th with the Pan-On-The Move event that has been renamed Pan-For-Blue (Super Blue).
Point Fortin does not intend to disappoint with the celebration of this iconic son of the Borough. Reciprocating for the event is the man himself with a special song that was recorded for the celebration this year. The song is fittingly titled, "Borough Day".
