This is new music for Vincy Carnival 2013. The name of the singer is Icon and the title of the track is "When We Rave". Now when this song started I immediately thought about Madmen Productions out of Trinidad and Tobago. It appears that the Trini trend has found its way up the islands. The result is a somewhat Island techno vibe similiar to tracks released for Trinidad's carnival 2013.
Take a listen to the track and see if the Bristol rave element blends into the Caribbean style. Do you think that this style will be a hit for Vincy Carnival 2013 or would the people tend to look toward the traditional Soca tracks in the fete scene.
