This newly release Riddim comes to you from Nutation Records and features the singing talents of Renno and Maxinne Prince. The selections on the Riddim area 'Lock Me Down' sung by Renno and "Burning Up" sung by Maxinne Prince.
Once again, we have selections that would fit into the Groovy Soca category but these selections are a bit faster than previous releases posted on this blog. Both tracks have are good dance tracks that should get fair airplay in fetes. Now since they are relatively unknown names in the industry they will have to go out and promote these songs to get the traction needed on radio and for the fete circuit.
These two songs are good productions but don't expect them to break through just yet. They still have to 'pay their dues'. It should also be noted that it is very early in the season and we have so many releases already with more to come. This is going to be an uphill task for the songs on this Riddim.

This Riddim features two young and up coming artistes, Maxinne Prince & Renno and was given the name "Mercury" for two main reasons, it is considered to be out of this world and it highly portrays the warm climate of the Caribbean and its hot, sexy people. Mercury, the element found in thermometers determines the temperature of an object and we intend to turn up the heat with this Riddim.
