The Antigua Carnival Development Committee has announced the finalists for the Wadadli Beer Calypso Monarch Combetition that will take place on Sunday August 5, 2012 . Unlike most competitions in the Caribbean the points from both the Quarter Finals and Semi - Finals Competitions were used to arrive at the final contestants. I am unaware if the points were simply added and the contestants chosen from highest points scored to lowest. In any event the folowing are the selected contestants for the competition.
