Olatunji Returns With " Capital," Another Banger: Soca Energy Meets Kaiso Flair

Guest Post by Nikki G—The Voice of Table Talk Show.
Nikki G’s in the house! The Voice of Table Talk Show joins Sokah2Soca with guest posts full of insight, rhythm, and real Caribbean vibes. Let’s hear what she has to say…

Olatunji is back with “Capital,” and as expected, he delivers pure energy, vibes, and consistency with that signature kaiso-infused flair we all love. Teaming up with Mr. DSJ—the prolific songwriter Darryl Gervais of Gervais Music—and super producer DJ Future of Synthdicate Music, this track is built by a powerhouse creative team.

“Capital” pays homage to Soca while cleverly tipping its hat to other genres, blending influences without losing its core Caribbean pulse. You know the saying: “Play more Soca!” This track embodies that spirit, giving you that undeniable party feeling and making you want to shake it up from the very first beat.

New releases are also bubbling from the label, including She Tempo and “TLY (Trinidad, I Love ”You)”—known for tracks like Wining Good, OLTL (One Life to Live), Engine Room, and Inventor. His résumé continues to expand, from performing on the hit show X Factor to becoming a finalist in the Chutney Soca Monarch competition.

As for Ola—he remains a true veteran in the game. He always brings his A-game, blending charisma, dance, and unmatched stage presence. His voice carries a tone that keeps listeners locked in, refreshing the music for the youth while staying palatable and nostalgic for the grown folks.

“Capital” is another reminder of why Olatunji stays in his lane: innovative, energetic, and forever pushing Soca forward.
