This will be an epic showdown of some of the world's best steelband orchestras. The Trinidad and Tobago Large Steelband Finals is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the Queens Park Savannah in Port of Spain. Last year's tied champions, BP Renegades and Massy All Stars, will attempt to wrest the title once again (a tie with another band is possible), but Republic Bank Exodus has been consistently excellent and in the lead since the preliminary round of judging.
Who will step up to the challenge and impress not only the attendees but also the judges who hold the final say? Are you excited? Well, you have a few days left to attend practice at the Panyards and have some fun with friends as you get ready for the big day. It will be an amazing day of brilliant musical arrangements, quality work from the drill master, and tired but ecstatic pannists who will give everything to win it all. May the best arranger and steelband rise, and hopefully we will have a single champion this year.
