We continue with the Pan in the 21st Century preliminary competition round. The featured band today is the Nutrien Silver Stars Steel Orchestra, playing "Leave the Door Open" by Bruno Mars, Anderson Paak, and Silk Sonic.
Nutrien Silver Stars, founded in the 1950s, is a large conventional band headquartered in Newtown, Port-of-Spain. They won the national large conventional panorama competition in 2009 and 2010. Their pans are well tuned, and the musical arrangement for this song was well executed. We really liked this performance. Tell us what you think.
