Carnival time is a time to have fun, let loose, and party hard! Additionally, there are those who love to link up during the fun season. Just to take a wine on 'someone else's property'. We are not talking about an inanimate object but someone who can make you feel alive for a fleeting moment. These things happen while celebrating or 'on the road' on carnival day.
