Carnival City erupted with the euphoria of sweet pan music and the crowning of a new champion! Uptown Fascinators are the Small Conventional bands Panorama champions for carnival 2020.
They breathed a sigh of relief when the results were announced and Uptown Fascinators were crowned champions dethroning last year's winner 'The Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force' by three points with their rendition of Winston Soso's "I Don't Mind".
Indeed, they did not mind dethroning Duvon Stewart who swept all categories last year. Congratulations are extended to arranger Ojay Richards and the newly crowned champions, Uptown Fascinators.
