Release broke the Internet feed. After all the hype and a fun evening the release of the song broke the Internet feed! So let's shake it off and Release It! This is new music for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2019. This is the one Machel wants you to take notice of for the road. This is his Road March lead track... Release It!
Now before you make the mistake and shake off this song make sure and hear it on radio first! For some reason, theses song have a different feel when played on and heard on the radio.
Don't listen to this song using tiny computer speakers... use some good headphones and pump up the volume. If you have a good stereo system or can play in in our car... listen to it, then you can come and state your case. Just don't rush to conclusions... listen to the song on a good audio system or feel the vibe in a fete before that "ah ha" moment. One may say that the song should hit you quickly but some songs creep up on you... so listen, vibe then make your case!

Look, there is a load of hype associated with this music release. Granted that the lyrical content is spot on regarding relevance to the current festival; I have to give credit where credit is due. However, I really don't see this song getting past Famalay! Again, strong and relevant lyrical content but it does not have the needed hook to win the road march title... look for Famalay to do better than Release! They have to work the radio stations and continue the hype to make this hook work: "Jump Up, Release It; Jump Up, Release It; Jump Up, Release It"!
