We saved this song from the "Twin Flame Riddim" for our last post. Why? Simply put, we believe that this song will be featured more than the others on radio stations across Trinidad and Tobago. We believe that most people with choose to play this some more than any other on the Riddim because of Olatunji's recent performances on the X-Factor, UK and also because he is a damn good singer and this is an excellent song.

I know what you are saying, hey you picked Marvay's song as your song of choice on/for the 'Twin Flame Riddim". Well, yes I did (I am a fan of Marvay), but I am very much aware of the draw of Olatunji because of his recent notoriety on X Factor UK and his successes in Trinidad and Tobago. This Riddim is tailor-made for Ola... he is the Afro Soca King and this vibe falls in his garden. The song is excellent and, as previously mentioned, is one of three songs leading for bragging rights for this musical production.

Some have already remarked that Ola, the true Afro Soca champion, the X-Factor Soca boss captured this riddim with "Mama". In the end, it will be the fans who will determine which song takes the Riddim. Last year it was Kes with "Hello", the jury is out for this one but the early voting looks like we are heading for a repeat of carnival 2018 with Kes leading on YouTube (dd, 11/12/2018). Kes has a solid fan base and this so-called race may be over before it gets started!

Current YouTube Plays dd, 11/12/2018 12:15 AM:
  • Kes (Love It) - 69,744
  • Olatunji (Thank You Mama) - 37,566
  • Marvay (Hit De Boy) - 17,512

Music Release Notes:
“Legend has it that when twin souls draw near each other a surge of creative energy is released. The Twin Flame Riddim is the manifestation of the “big bang” caused by their interstellar union.

That nostalgic feeling of love from a thousand lifetimes before translates into where you belong for a thousand more. Deeper than soul mates, they are the epitome of yin and yang; perfect and opposite, yet equal in all things. This profound astral bond has the potential to redefine what it means to love and what it means to be human.

AdvoKit Productions and Julian’s Promos present “The Twin Flame Riddim: an exploration of eternal love, time, respect and desire.” Come with us through the universe of sound and be transformed by the sweet melodies of Kes, Olatunji, Angelique, Inzey, Marvay, Azaryah and Sekon Sta.

Like a fire 🔥, let the cross Afro-Caribbean rhythm burn a permanent imprint on your heart ❤ in hopes of one day finding your Twin Flame.”
