Veteran entertainer Lil Rick, The Hypa Dawg, pulled out all the stops in the wee hours of Saturday morning to defeat two-time monarch Stiffy in this year’s revamped Yello International Bashment Soca Competition.
We have news regarding the newly revamped and renamed "Yello International Bashment Soca Monarch". Lil Rick sand a composition entitled "Bend It" to defeat the two time Barbados Bashment Monarch Stiffy.
The competition took place on a day that is called 'Phenomenal Friday (Fantastic Friday in Trinidad). Lil Rick (22 years singing Soca) is the reigning Party Monarch having won the title consecutively in 2016 and 2017. We take this opportunity to congratulate this worthy veteran in the business of Soca in Barbados!
