King Arthur and Ricky T have successfully defended their Groovy Soca and Power Soca Monarch titles.

Around 2:45 a.m. on Monday, July 16, it was announced that Arthur with the song ‘Mama’ won the title for the fifth time; he scored 415 points. Around 2:54 a.m., it was announced that Ricky T scored 402 points to win the Power category.
