It is always a blessing to hear new music especially after the carnival season has passed. That is the case today as we feature new music out of Trinidad and Tobago. This is the artiste fondly known as "Buffy" on the newly released "Republic Riddim". Buffy's song is entitled "Hard 4 You".

Let's get this out quickly, simply put, we like it; "Hard 4 You" is a pleasant surprise. Whenever there is good lyrical content it means we have a story in the song. This makes the song relevant and not just about the music but comes as a total package. It is a wonderful thing when the music and lyrics work well. Having said that, we have to compliment the production team for a job well done.

Relationships can always be problematic especially when we have unwanted competition. That is the reason Buffy is not mixing her words and making a serious play for the one she loves.. she is 'coming hard for the one she loves'! Of course, she is a little demanding but then again love has no boundaries and Buffy is fighting for what she 'considers hers'. As mentioned previously, we like the groove and think that 'hard for you' is a solid production with good lyrical content and supporting vocal performance. We are going to jump off here but we have to ask now, what do you think about it?
