Come Fuh Mi | Asten Isaac | Trinidad & Tobago | Summer 2017

Today we are posting a new music release from the very talented Asten Isaac out of Trinidad and Tobago. The song. entitled 'Come Fuh Mi' is a production of Badjohn Republic.
Talent abounds with this production with KMP Music's Kenny Phillips on 'live guitar'. The song was co-written by Asten Isaac and Kyle Phillips (son of Kenny Phillips). Asten is on fireeeee!

I have to admit that after listening to the song was impressed with the lyrical content of the song. There is a lesson to be learned from this vibe. The lyrical content tells it like it is... rid oneself of evil spirits (all negative vibes) and embrace the goodness of the one whose blessings put us on this earth to live-long, live-strong and prosper.

Now isn't that praiseworthy coming straight from a Soca vibe? Music to move you, music to uplift your spirit, music to set your path for each awakening, music to dance to and music to make you feel 'just right'.

Now in addition to the excellent lyrical content we have to credit Badjohn Republic with an excellent music production. The bass vibe is excellent and the general production should appeal to the young music listener as well as the seasoned Soca-holic. One part of the music production that simply sold the song for this blogger is the work done by Mr. Kenny Phillips (formerly of Shandileer fame) and now the man behind KMP Music Lab. Damn, KP you are just getting younger on the instrument. All the years of experience just lit up this music production. Well done gentlemen.

Take a look at the production notes to get a feel of the talent involved in the production of this soulful groove track. We really enjoyed listen to the song and one would hope that the radio stations in Trinidad and Tobago 'come fuh this one'. Seriously now!
