Trinidad and Tobago Carnival 2017 is the year of Bunji Garlin!  The Viking of Soca has released another new song today; now you have song number 14 to add to your play-list. The song is entitled "Dance In Paint". The 'Viking of Soca' is on Fireeeeeeee!

Now we don't want to sound like we drank the Viking of Soca Kool Aid but we have to give the man his just due. This song, as well as the previous 13, all have a vibe, they are all so different and all have a place for Carnival 2017. Call this listing of songs from Bunji the mood list. Whatever frame of mind you are in at any point in time there is a song to fit your vibe for that moment in time.

So what about this song that is so different or why should you show any interest in the song? Well for starters the song is a production from the musically gifted 1st.Klase. Bunji wrote the lyrics and there is a line in the song that puts Trinidadians and Carnival in context:  "In the land of sinners and saints, we like to dance in paint"! Think about it for a moment... let it soak in; this is who we are... sinners and saints coloring our inhibitions in paint, music and dance! The Greenz Massive may have jab mas but we have paint and ours is so much better looking!
