Geelay | Nadia Batson x Olatunji | Trinidad & Tobago 2017

A melting pot of musical madness is encapsulated in this new music release for Trinidad and Tobago's Carnival 2017. The talented singers are Olatunji and Nadia Batson; the song is entitled "Geelay". The music production is a mixture of African rhythms and Caribbean Soca better known as AfroSoca.

So what does "Geelay" really mean? Some say it is "a euphoric feeling that can only be expressed through dance"! It does not matter what part of the World you come from because the music will bring about that Euphoric feeling that will lead to unplanned dance. This song already has a following... live life to its fullest, party and have a damn good time.

Of course you can find another meaning for "Geelay" but for this song we will stand firmly with "a euphoric feeling that can only be expressed through dance". Now go and dance!
