Bend Back | Salty & Preedy ft. Mega Mick | Trinidad & Tobago 2017

Today we present a song entitled "Bend Back" for your 'listening pleasure'. The singers are Salty & Preedy featuring Mega Mick. This is new music for Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.

This is one of those songs that you have to 'run with the beat of the drum'. In other words there is nothing to write home about as far as the lyrical content is concerned. The message is the same and very redundant. What you see is what you get... the title and the entire lyrical content is the same!

But wait a 'hot minute now'! The hook in this song is sweet so why drag on this song? Look, this song will find favor with many young persons and if you really pay attention to the lyrical content that is is easy to understand. We just think that these very creative singers could do better lyrically.

So what is the saving grace for this one? Simply put the riddim has a nice vibe and the hook really works! This is a very cool bacchanalian discourse that will take place between your brain and your waist. You can have a good time just grooving to the vibe of the rhythm but these writers missed the boat big time. The song truly has a nice feel but the lyrics could have gone in a different direction. Yup, that is all she wrote for this one. Have fun, party and have a good time.
