Wow, this is as good as it gets! This adapted version of  "The Portrait of Trinidad and Tobago' is superb. These guys can sing! The original version, sung by the Mighty Sniper, will live on forever but this new version will surely connect with the younger generation. We look forward to posting more music from these talented singers out of sweet Trinidad and Tobago. Kudos guys!

Lujoe and the Gifted is a young vibrant and very talented group consisting of 5 members between the ages 18-23. They have been able in the short time of existence to acquire and successfully impress audiences of over 18 shows which includes 4 of the top school graduations, 4 Tv performances including an one hour special, an article in the Trinidad Guardian and several radio interviews. 

Lujoe and the gifted versatility has won fans of all ages with a targeted audiences of 35 and under. The groups goal is to become an international recording act, fusing rhythms from the caribbean with pop songs production.

Lujoe is presently working on their debut Album with the first original single “Fun In The Sun” being release this weekend.

The original  "Portrait of Trinidad" was sung by Mervyn Hodge better known as "The Mighty Sniper". Sniper was the Calypso King for the Carnival of 1965. A golden voice and a wonderful song that will live on forever. If you are a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago then this your song!
