It was a "Rum Meeting" for Carnival 2014 when Fireman Hooper beat out "Wiz Kid" and "Fya Empress" for the Ragga Soca Monarch title. Fast forward one year and look how the competition has changed. There appears to be a shortage of artists for this competition.  Fireman Hooper could repeat with such a paltry field of competitors coming up against him.
