Now we come to Carnival Monday and Tuesday  and what is called "Pretty Mas"; yes, we are talking about the costume bands and all the beads and bikinis! This year we had some bands taking advantage of the new venue called "Socadrome" at the Jean Pierre Complex. Some of these better known and very elaborate bands did not participate in the judging competitions for 'band of the year' at the 'Savannah' venue or as it is better know "De Big Yard". Here are some of the bands that were a part of the "Socadrome" experiment:
