This song caught me off guard when I initially played it. The thing is now that new music is coming out during this season one expects that it has something to do with the upcoming Carnival season. Well this song has nothing to do with Carnival but the fact that is was released at this time caught me off guard. A new song from Jaiga has to be Carnival related especially at this time right... well that was an incorrect assumption. The name of the song is Golden and it is all about a beautiful lady and the love this man has for her. Take a listen to the song and after listening let me know what you think!
I have also posted the music video for the song. The music video sell the song well. I enjoyed the video and to be honest the video made me appreciate the song even more. Don't get thrown off by the slow solemn singing style, listen to the lyrics and with the video immerse yourself in the surrounding of the video shoot. When you do that you will surely appreciate the song and the video concept. This is a song that will be played long after the carnival is over and should be because this is not really a carnival song. Enjoy it and revel in the style and bold production done by Kerwin Dubois and Jaiga... kudos to Nebula868 for the lyrics written for this pleasant and sweet vibe.
