This is new music from the artist known as who uses the sobriquet "Syr". The name of the song is "Wine-Fron-Tation"; get used to the terminology because you may need to get to an Urban Dictionary to 'get with the latest slangs' used to describe something relevant in today's society.
The musical vibe is designed to corner the market controlled by the youth of the day and if are an old school Soca lover then you will have to get used to the way things are done today. This one can be called Dancehall Soca or some be even label it Bashment Soca. Whatever you want to call it may not be relevant at this point. However, what is definitely relevant is the fact that this is music for the girls to 'wine up and get on bad' in any fete.
"Syr", with his hook 'Wine-Fron-Tation' may just have the formula for the 'wuk-it-up' crew and we will surely hear the reports from fete lovers across sweet TnT. It should also be interesting to see how well this one does on radio. The young jocks will surely have this one on rotation but the 'ole school' Soca loving DJ's may not be so inclined.
