Blown away... that is my initial feeling after listening to Prophet Benjamin sing this song. I erred previously by not posting this song but redemption can be sweet and today I make amends for that error. I did post Machel's "I See Lots" previously but in so doing I did a great injustice to the rest of the songs on the riddim. I am not going to beat up myself too much because I can only find Machel's song on an independent video with the rest of the songs on the video medley.
This posting was done to celebrate what I consider the best song on the riddim! It was a toss up between Prophet Benjamin and Collis Duranty's song. I have Prophet's "Most Beautiful" as my favorite followed by Collis Duranty's "When You Know It's Love". Next comes Machel's "I See Lots" and finally Positive's "Preserve The Youths" (this young man has a sweet singing style!).
When you listen to Prophet Benjamin sing on this riddim you can feel that the man is singing from deep within and that he means every word that he is saying in the song. I just love the song because it stands out above the rest of the songs. The music is the same but the love and vibe that comes from Prophet Benjamin gives me goose bumps when I listen to him singing. Now if you want to really immerse yourself in the song then watch the video below (Sea Lots Video Medley); jump ahead to 4:29 to get to Prophet Benjamin's segment on the video. Both the vocal and video performances were excellently executed by Prophet Benjamin - I am a fan. After playing Caribkaraoke's version don't forget to watch the video medley; the last two songs are my favorite!
